Diamond Diplomacy Film Screening
Join us for a screening of the film Diamond Diplomacy, accompanied by a Q&A with director Yuriko Gamo Romer.
The film explores 150 years of shared history between the U.S. and Japan, as connected through the love of baseball. Romer's story is structured around the stories of two former players, Masanori “Mashi” Murakami and Warren Cromartie, and weaves through key points in history while examining subjects like racism, international relations, and the influence of sports on society.
This event will take place in the Bullpen Theater and is free with museum admission.
